Epsilon’s Client Services team is looking for a multi-disciplined and creative thinking Account Director, with a proven track record of delivering data and technology-centric marketing solutions to blue chip clients across various business sectors. Reporting to the country lead, this individual will be responsible for the operational excellence, strategic vision, and commercial ownership across the Spanish client base, and will build strong and mutually profitable relationships with senior stakeholders. 

The Candidate:

• An exceptional marketing professional with experience working in a client facing environment 
• Team management and leadership experience 
• Demonstrable commercial understanding and experience 
• The ability to identify opportunities, negotiate and win new business whether through existing clients or new prospects 
• The ability to act autonomously and collaboratively, and to work well across functional groups 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to create and develop strong client and 3rd party relationships at a senior level 
• Limitless energy, enthusiasm and a team player 
• Effective decision making skills 
• An understanding of statistics and analytical methods
