Summary of the role

Build close working relationship with Online Travel Agency (OLTA) accounts to develop their business with Amadeus and identify online IT opportunities across these accounts. Taking responsibility for the overall satisfaction, retention & development of the OLTAs in accordance with the company’s commercial policies.

Main responsibilities

 

Account management

 • Build, develop and maintain structured relationship with OLTAs to understand their business drivers and translate into strategic IT needs.

•  Identify new opportunities and proposing online solutions to improve customer profitability and efficiency.

•  Manage and coordinate the implementation of the account IT development plan.

•  Assume full commercial responsibility for each OLTA and manage the delivery of specified projects and IT solutions

•  Ensure that Online and related products are successfully and timely introduced to the customer, coordinating the different Amadeus´ departments to ensure implementations, customer support and satisfaction.

•  Maintain a high level of current knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits of specific products for each OLTA (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.).
