FUNCTIONS

  • Field research: the necessary preparations for marketing projects
  • Work with local 3rd party partners, including local media and suppliers, and maintain professional working relationships
  • Write press releases for different events and promotions
  • Create and maintain a media and marketing database relevant to the target audiences of the hotels
  • Administrative settlement on the care of various tasks of the marketing department
  • Creation and production of mailings promoting the Hotel and products/events
  • Ordering of Hilton collateral and sales & marketing tools
  • Co-ordination and production of all hotel merchandising collateral, F&B promotional materials and in-house (TV) channels
  • Creation and co-ordination of advertisements,(news) articles and placement, as well as promotional materials within the hotel corporate guidelines
  • Maintenance of all online content, including brand websites, 3rd party sites and conference & event sites conform brand standards
  • Creating, managing and growing the hotel’s presence through social medias, and other strategically relevant online properties;
  • Take part in relevant training courses and implement what has been learnt in daily practice.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a  Marketing, Publicity and Public Relations in  CESINE University, Master; or and alumni.

CONDITIONS

  • 450 euros of Economic Allowance.
  • Transport Cost Reimbursed
  • Meal on Duty
