FUNCTIONS

  • To assist in the control and co-ordination of all food and beverage purchasing including consumable and non-consumable items
  • To assist in raising relevant purchase orders as per agreed standard and company policy
  • To assist in the monitoring of the quality and quantity of all deliveries. Process delivery notes and invoices as per agreed standard. Investigate discrepancies and process invoices as per company policy
  • To assist in the organisation of storage of goods and to ensure that all stores are in compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure that all stocks are secured at all times in all areas.
  • To assist in the organisation and control of the issues of goods as per requisitions to all F&B departments. Implementation of a monitoring system for all goods issued and processed ensuring perishable stocks are rotated.
  • To assist in the spot checks carried out to ensure that all foods sold are generating revenue. To assist in the monitoring of billing and departmental invoicing system at least twice a month for each department.
  • To assist in the follow up of any anomalies and to ensure that action is taken as and when required. Inform the F&B director.
  • To assist in the monthly and interim stock takes
  • To assist in the production of a daily food cost report. Investigate discrepancies
  • To assist in the research for suppliers and prices with regards to products, goods and any potential purchasing items, ensuring that the most competitive price is obtaine

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a  Management degree in CESINE University, Master; or and alumni.

CONDITIONS

  • 450 euros of Economic Allowance.
  • Transport Cost Reimbursed
  • Meal on Duty
