Manage the technical development of new digital products/content, such as Ipad based selling aids, websites, newsletters, banner advertisements, and social media applications.

 

Develop and coordinate the internal design, development and production efforts to different local CPOs within a region to help them achieve their digital marketing goals.

 

Produce work plans and coordinate the efforts of the production team, including content providers, designers and a variety of technical staff

Ensure the assigned regional digital delivery/implementation teams (based in Dublin BSCC) consistently deliver high quality service, on time and to budget.

 

Major Accountabilities:

 

1. Planning and Management

• Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level

• Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps

• Serve as primary interface with the Digital Brand Managers/Transformation Managers on project planning and management

• Serve as primary interface between requests and vendor/outside project managers

• Work with team to develop workflows

• Contribute in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of GBS products and services

 

2. Manage project scope including:

• Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal & vendors)

• Contribute to development of and then manage ongoing project timelines

• Monitoring and maintaining internal and external milestones

• Change request management and validation

• Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external

• Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy

• Tracking of features and requirements for design and development; including translation of these requirements into live project documents, including site IA, wireframes and functional/creative briefs

• Maintenance of project documentation

• Communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders

• Identification and communication of project risks and assumptions

 

3. Quality and reporting

• To ensure that our project delivery is best in class

• To ensure that relevant external standards are understood and incorporated where appropriate within programs

• To ensure that all delivery project teams understand how quality relates to them and their role in delivery

• To ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported

 

Education: Degree level.

 

Experience:

• Years of proven commercial experience managing projects or driving key initiatives within the digital marketing industry

• Good experience in managing delivery of projects across complex matrix environments

• Digital experience/knowledge is a very strong asset

• Pharma experience is of benefit but not essential

• Outsourcing operational activities
