Your challenge
As an Analyst you are part of a global Fraud & Security team with offices in The Netherlands, Brazil and China. Your main responsibility is to perform Third Party Due Diligence into alleged non-compliances with the company’s business principles globally. You devise investigative solutions and tools for due diligence screenings and you are responsible to identify global bribery and corruption trends.
Your responsibilities
Working in one of Philips Corporate Staff Departments, you’ll be at the heart of our worldwide company. These departments play a key role in supporting the Royal Philips Electronics Executive Committee (ExCo). So you may be involved in helping manage the processes and functions core to our operations: Performance Management, Finance, Human Resources, Technology Management, Brand Management, or Information Technology. Whatever your role, you’ll be helping implement ExCo decisions, measure our performance, set company-wide standards and drive corporate initiatives. You may be involved in the creation of corporate products as diverse as our Annual Report, our brand image or a high-quality talent pool. But in every case, your activities will touch those of colleagues throughout Philips, as well as customers and stakeholders outside.
Key areas of responsibility:
  • Perform Third Party Due Diligence and report back in line with Philips procedures.
  • Interact and engage with different stakeholders during due diligence.
  • Assist (medium risk) audit activities (prepare, execute and report)
  • Assist in fraud investigations
  • Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods.
  • Participate in and provide input for the Fraud Knowledge Practice

We are looking for
To be suitable for this role you have at least a university degree in a relevant area (e.g. Enterprise Risk Management, International Law, Business Administration, Economics, etc).
Furthermore you have:
