FUNCTIONS

  1. Assisting in the recruitment of new hires (publishing vacancies, checking CVs, interviewing, updating job descriptions)
  2. Welcoming new staff (handing in uniforms, locker keys, contract, showing the property)
  3. Welcoming new trainees and being the contact person for queries and possible issues
  4. Coordinating and possibly providing trainings
  5. Staff administration (keeping track of working hours, vacations, bank holidays, sick leaves)
  6. Assisting in Blue Energy projects for the team members, environment, community and guests
  7. Administrative tasks like CV replies, birthday lists, Team Member of the Month letters, certificates…
  8. Assisting staff with queries and possible issues
  9. Payroll preparation
  10. Assisting the manager in daily duties and responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

  1. High level of Spanish and English.
  2. Student of Management Bachelor or MBA Master by CESINE or alumni.
  3. Minimum 6 months. Mondays to Fridays, weekends off, 8 hours per day.

CONDITIONS

  1. On the job training and access to hundreds of courses on an hospitality University.
  2. Accommodation: In a guest room to be shared with another trainee (subject to change).
  3. Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner available in the staff canteen.
  4. Bicycles are provided.
