FUNCTIONS

  • Taking care of internal communication (Brilliant Hosting, Take Care calendar, Birthday calendar, etc.);
  • Handling internal and external phone calls;
  • Preparation of new- and terminating associates;
  • Managing and keeping track of most recent and valid information regarding personal files and systems;
  • Managing sickness and absenteeism of the entire hotel;
  • Organising social activities, such as the monthly Celebrations and the quarterly All Associate Meeting;
  • Supporting the team in the Human Resources Department

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studying the Management Programme in CESINE University, and MBA or being an alumni
  • English B2
  • Dutch
  • 6 months
