To be successful in this role you will have relevant administrative experience in a customer -or client- focused environment, with strong administration and communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail. You will have the ability and confidence to interact with diverse stakeholders, and an ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience working or studying in an international context is an advantage. The post holder will be required to work with a high level of autonomy. You participate for an effective management of outgoing student mobility and the operational activities of the office:

• Management of outgoing mobility
• Information of students and parents
• Administrative management of application files
• Pre-selection of courses
• Follow-up of students abroad
• Relations with international partners
• Mobility surveys
• Newsletter management
• Updating informative documents for students
• Information and orientation of French and international students
• Proposed value-added content for students on social networks (articles, newsletter, …).


  • Experience : 3 years degree min with at least a first working experience
  • Language : French and English spoken and written
