- Customer follow-up: Customer follow-up changes with the different enterprises: if they have a contract with us, it is necessary to
extract relevant information from their feedback in order to improve the quality of services. Other types of
customer follow-ups are:
- The prospection: The trainee will attend the prospecting done on the field, by sector (Sales Blitz). This duty consists in visiting
companies to find, convince and generate new partnerships, organize meetings and visits to the hotels. A
business lunch can be arranged, allowing the customer to feel more important as he will be better welcomed,
increasing the possibility of stipulating a contract.
- The administrative part: The LCR, Checklist, study of previous accounts and the email promotions that have been sent.
- Projects: Research of socio-economic partnerships, Creation of packages, Revision of the concept of meeting and conference rooms
- Being a student in CESINE University in the Publicity, Public relations and Marketing Degree, Master Program or an Alumni
- English B2, French is a plus
