1. To gain skills necessary in IT Service Management and Project Management to complement studies in Information Technology/Computing Studies or Business Management.
2. To develop the abilities and attitudes which support the personal level of maturity required in providing support in managing, controlling and implementing a high-complexity project (Service Model Implementation) in a multinational environment. This service model implementation project consists of transforming a number of IT operational activities and processes.
3. To understand the new processes of IT Infrastructure support (incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management) and operations & Service Management.
4. To understand how IT Service Delivery & Support (department area) carries out the activities related to IT support & operations (workstation and infrastructure support).
5. To implement a project involving changes in IT delivery processes.

2. Specific knowledge: Project and Programme Management
3. Abilities & Skills: Highly organized, good planning & follow-up skills, detail oriented, MS Project knowledge, ITIL knowledge is a plus
