The Junior Client Service Coordinator will play a critical role on the Client Services team, focusing primarily on technical and operational aspects of digital media campaigns. You can expect to be engaged in pulling and reviewing reports, reviewing and communicating campaign status, troubleshooting site support issues, assisting in the traffic process and proactively participating in the development and implementation of the creative process.

– Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.
– Strong communication (verbal and written).
– Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
– Detail oriented.
– Ability to work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to build strong working relationships with others.
– Related experience and/or training in online advertising desired.
– An understanding of interactive media and knowledge of emerging technologies advantageous.
– Basic understanding of rich media/Flash banner functions advantageous.
