  • Ensure and maintain harmonised licensing processes with the Brand, Trademark and Licensing unit´s objectives
  • Develop new licensees, from the prospective candidates’ enquiry phases to their conversion into clients system, retaining them and assisting them in their license-related needs
  • Serve as full-fledged service liaison for newly acquired and existing licensees
  • Assist the licensees as the key support officer in charge of training and monitoring
  • Provide advice for standard licensing decisions
  • Provide advice to members as well as staff and leadership on licensing operations and improvement tactics
  • Identify and propose work- flow enhancements to increase efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction in the context of global benchmarks
  • Maintain licensing data in our data management system (Connect) and provide reporting information as per required by unit or by established key performance indicators
  • Represent the licensing function in required committees, task forces and other relevant groups
  • Guide, support and train Fairtrade Marketing Organizations in licensing requirements and activities
  • Support the unit in organizing licensing related events and/ or projects
  • Serve as a best practice disseminator in sharing examples and successful licensing scenarios and cases that can be relevant to the licensees
  • Develop and produce standard operation procedures and required documentation for the Licensing function


  • To be Bachelor Honours in International Business Management or Bachelor Honours in Advertising, Marketing Communications and Public Relations or Master in this Area at CESINE
  • Languages
     Fluency in English (essential)
     Other languages desirable, particularly Spanish and/or French


  • This is a full-time position.
  • A one-year contract is offered.
