FUNCTIONS

  • To respond to individual and group requests-creating and updating reservations – follow up on bookings in order to optimize space, maximize revenue and secure accuracy of data.
  • To understand market segmentation and booking channels.
  • PMS, Opera system and Office applications.
  • To ensure that all clients receive a polite, professional and efficient reply to phone calls and e-mails.
  • To follow up on emails and handle all requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To pro-actively identify customer and group needs and communicate all data efficiently to other hotel departments (Sales, Reception, Accounting, Housekeeping).
  • To enter all data into Opera accurately and send confirmations or offers through different channels.
  • To help with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, preparing invoices, follow-up on deposit payments, printing of reports, sales calls.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently studying a Management degree or Marketing, Publicity and Public Relations in  CESINE University, Master; or and alumni.

CONDITIONS

  • 450 euros of Economic Allowance.
  • Transport Cost Reimbursed
  • Meal on Duty
